Dr Thaw is a general medicine specialist trained in Western Australia and overseas.
He is a medical graduate from the University of Medicine Myanmar and completed his specialist training in Malaysia and Western Australia. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom.

His areas of interest include acute medicine, perioperative medicine and managing medical patients with chronic and complex issues.
Dr Thaw is working part time at Fiona Stanley Hospital and provides casual inpatient medical consultation at St John of God Bunbury Hospital. He welcomes all new and past patients, offering mixed billing or bulk billing.
